Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-embracing e-mail management solution, which will give you complete control over your email accounts and electronic mailing lists. With this easy-to-use user interface, you can create a brand new e-mail account in no time and manage its settings with ease. Also, you can forward emails from one e-mail account to another, set up e-mail filters, set up autoresponder messages and guard your mailboxes against spam e-mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can defend all your email accounts against spam messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unasked-for mail messages will find their way into your email box. Your mails will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether an email message blacklisted as spam should be erased or forwarded to a particular electronic mail account.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are ideal for sorting your incoming e-mail messages on the basis of specific criteria specified by you. Creating e-mail filters is very easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your mail filter will be activated and will go into effect instantly. You can easily create a filter for any of your mailbox accounts and edit the filtering criteria according to your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming e-mails from one email mailbox account to another, or even to a number of other mail accounts. Just specify the e-mail account you wish to forward mails from, then select the destination e-mailbox and indicate if you want to leave a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager graphical user interface, you can quickly configure the email client of your choosing to access your electronic mail accounts. Just browse to the Auto-Config column next to the electronic mail account you would like to set up on your desktop PC or mobile phone and click on the electronic mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your electronic mail client and the new email box account will be configured in a minute.

With the Email Manager GUI, managing multiple email mailboxes simultaneously is a breeze. The Email Manager GUI will also enable you to quickly set up an autoresponder message - enter the message you would like people to read and our system will handle the rest. And if you want to configure a catch-all email box - you can accomplish that with a simple mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
